*PLEASE NOTE ALL LISTED PRICES ARE STARTING PRICES

*If you are adding more than one service to your appointment, please make a note of it when booking your appointments or call prior (516)-608-9583
 

General Policy:​

​

- A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure any appointment. This deposit, with the exception of a $1 processing fee, goes toward your appointment's final amount/payment.

- Please be on time for your appointment. After 15 mins your deposit will be forfeited. After 20 minutes your appointment will be cancelled.

-Please call to cancel or reschedule a currently booked appointment, your deposit will not be forfeited if you do so.

- A no show appointment or a disputed transaction will block you from booking with us in the future

Please be mindful that there may be clients scheduled for an appointment after you so please try your best to be considerate of others and arrive on time.

If you fail to show up for your Appointment, your deposit will automatically be forfeited.

-Reschedules are only acceptable at least 48 hours before your appointment day or your deposit will be forfeited.

You are only allowed 1 reschedule, after that you are required to rebook your appointment.

- CASH, credit/debit, zelle and Apple Pay are the only accepted form of payment on the day of your Appointment. Credit/debit card transactions will attract a 4% service charge.

***PRIOR TO YOUR APPPOINMENTS PLEASE HAVE YOUR HAIR DETANGLED OR THERE MAY BE ADDITIONAL FEES.

***After you book your appointment, you will receive a confirmation message via text or email, you MUST click to confirm your appointment once you receive the message. Not confirming your appointment will results in your deposit being returned and your appointment canceled.

COLOR POLICIES:

​

IMPORTANT!!! We require in person or over the phone consultation before any color appointments booked on our website.

We require a full 2 year history of your hair if you have had color prior.

​

For clients who would like to add extensions to their appointment- 

After you have booked your appointment, Please allow at least 24 hours for us to reach out to you regarding your appointment. So kindly book accordingly (2-3 days before appointment day).

If we have not contacted you, feel free to call us at 516-608-9583 for any questions or to schedule a consultation.

 

Please note: NATURAL HAIR (Blowouts/ Silk Presses/Twist Styles/Twist outs.. etc)

PRIOR TO YOUR APPPOINMENT PLEASE HAVE YOUR HAIR DETANGLED OR THERE WILL BE ADDITIONAL FEES

PRICES MAY FLUCTUATE DEPENDING ON DENSITY AND LENGTH OF YOUR HAIR. IF YOUR HAIR IS MORE DENSE AND LONGER THAN AVERAGE (SHOULDER LENGTH) IT MAY ATTRACT AN ADDITIONAL FEE.

 

 

Wig policies below

​

 

WIG POLICIES:

​

-Appointments with Jbelle wigs will only be accepted if Appointment is booked at least 2 days before install.

-Wigs/lace frontals/closures not purchased from www.jbelleluxurycollection.com will be required at least 2-3 days before appointment. 

-SAME DAY Appointment wig/lace drop offs will attract a $50 inconvenience fee because wig preparation takes extra time which results in a longer appointment time.

- Weekend appointments (Friday & Saturday) for wigs/lace; Wigs/lace need to be dropped off at least 2 days before appointment day or you will be charged an inconvenience fee of $25.

- Please make sure you purchase your hair before your scheduled appointment time

You can purchase your hair from our sister hair company, Jbelle Luxury Collection.

​

Regarding styles:

-Straight wigs will be straightened.

-Bodywave wigs will remain in natural wave or if requested barrel curled/wand curled (no more than 9 curls).

-Curly/wetnwavy hair will be wet and styled accordingly.

Any additional styles after what is listed above will attract an extra charge/fee.

Please let us know prior to your appointment if extra services will be requested. 

 

- If you are not requesting a wash before your install, please come with your hair clean and ready to be braided. Wash & condition is an additional $20. If you are requesting a wash, please come 20 mins early for your appointment or let us know ahead of time so we could book you accordingly. 

​

- We do not do lace maintenance for lace wigs installed more than 5 days depending of the condition of the lace.

If you would like to book a lace maintenance, please call/text or dm us to schedule.

​

- Wig maintenance and lace maintenance are NOT the same service.

Wig maintenance is the reviving of an old wig/lace.

Lace maintenance is cleaning up your lace which is already installed on your head. 

​

-Re-installs are only done with clean wigs. If you would like your wig washed before the install, please book wig maintenance plus install and try to drop the wig off at least a day or two before install.

​
